Spikes Paint Ball Review

Spikes paintball
is getting more reports of not being a very good place to bring your family and friends to enjoy a time of paintball.

One father has stepped forward and has alleged that the owner, Randy MacDonald, verbally became abusive to himself in front of his own children a little over 1 month ago.

The situation at hand involved the fathers young children, elementary school age. Randy MacDonald accused the father of being a 'thief'' and shouting this to the father in front of the fathers children and friends. Apparently, the children were dropped off the previous weekend, and the children bought 500 paintballs from the owners (putting $40 into Randy MacDonald's pocket), and then the children proceeded to get the paintball guns. Being the school children's age, they would have had no idea as to the what costs money, and what does not.

This is further complicated because some times Spikes paintball charges you a $10 fee to rent the paintball guns, and some times they do not, when you purchase 500 paintballs. It depends on who is working that day.

Allegedly, the children took the guns without paying for them. When Randy MacDonald approached the father the following week about this, the father stated that it is different in fee structure from week to week, depending on whom is working. Randy MacDonald continues to speak down to the father, in front of his children, and the father simply said, "I'm not a little kid, and I don't appreciate you speaking that way to me, in front of my children, and I do not want you speaking to my children that way either." The father continued to stress that he has spent hundreds of dollars at Spike's paintball in the last 12 months, and that Randy is now all bent out of shape over not paying for paintball guns the previous week, which was not a deliberate act, but a act from elementary kids not knowing about fee's, especially when the fee structure changes from week to week.

Spikes Paintball owner, Randy MacDonald, then stated in return to the father, "You are a their, you're a theif, you're a theif." Randy MacDonald stated this over and over, in front of the fathers own children, and their guests they brought that weekend.

This behavior is unacceptable. It was not the fathers fault. He was not even there the previous weekend. And Randy MacDonald is going to blame elementary school children, who have aligned his pocket with hundreds of dollars.

Additionally, this is about the incompetency of Spikes Paintball and their fee structure, depending on who is working that day, and the unacceptable behavior of Spike's Paintball owner.

Apparently, the father phoned Spikes Paint Ball owner the following day to ask for an apology for the way he was spoken to, but Spikes Paintball owner gave no apology. He would rather save $10 in gun rental fee's.

Do Not Take Your Family To Spikes Paintball In PEI

There are more and more reports coming in that Spikes Paintball in PEI is not a very good place to bring your children.

If you are considering having a birthday party, or a group party, at Spikes Paintball, then you will want to do something else with your children.

This is totally bewildering, and PEI is a family province. Randy has been seen to make numerous outbursts towards children, belittling them, talking down on them, and calling them names when their parents are not around.

Spikes Paint Ball - Owner Randy MacDonald Is Hostile To Children and Parents

Spikes Paintball Owner Is Hostile Towards Children

Spikes Paintball, located in York, Prince Edward Island, is unkind to children, and if you have children and are considering taking your children, we strongly recommend you head our warning.

Numerous reports have surfaced, and eye witness accounts have surface.

In fact, I have personally seen owner Randy MacDonald making wild accusations and speak abusively to parents in front of their own children.

It amazes me that a business that is geared towards family fun and recreation, with children wanting to explore this type of recreational activity, has such a cowardly display of treatment towards parents and children.

This author has personally observed owner Randy MacDonald of Spikes Paintball accusing a 11 year old boy of "stealing" paint balls out of his trailer, wherein the child was with me at all times, and no observation of extra balls.

This author has also observed Randy MacDonald of Spikes Paintball make wildly accusations against a parent. I have heard him calling one parent a "thief" over and over again, in front of the parents own children, and in front of his childrens' friends who were there as well. When the parent asked for Randy MacDonald to stop this behavior, Randy just kept on saying it over and over again.

The allegation of "thief" came over a previous week where the parent paid for 1,000 paintballs, spending over $80 in paintballs, and the accusation was that the parent did not pay for the paintball guns for his children as well. This is particularly interesting, since the rules at Spikes Paintball changes from week to week, depending on who is managing the trailer. Sometimes when you buy paintballs, they give you the paintball guns to use, while another person managing the trailer will make you pay for the balls and the guns.

If I were you, I would NOT bring your children to Spikes Paintball. I would totally stay away from the owner of Spikes Paintball, Randy MacDonald.
